Delivery Information

Orders submitted after 11am SGT will be delivered in the next 1-3 days. For the same day delivery service, cut-off time will be before 11am SGT. If the delivery attempt fails, a free re-delivery will be attempted. Should consignee be unreachable by phone, email, or SMS after two failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be brought back to the warehouse. This will constitute as “Rejected” status and charges will still apply.


The order cut-off time may change during festive seasons and such change will be communicated 14 days prior to the festive date(s).

 

The Service is provided to locations within the main island of the Republic of Singapore except for a list of restricted areas and restricted postal codes.

Upon failed attempted deliveries, Streamline will inform the clients.

 

Streamline Logistics will not be providing any cash on delivery services. Client shall ensure the completeness and accuracy of the delivery order.
