Delivery Information

Definition of 1-3 Days delivery

Orders you sent in today before 3pm, we will slot into our regular area schedules that will be delivered within 1-3days.

Example: Order at 2.50pm (Day1), tmr onwards within 1-3 days (Day2-4) time will be delivered.

Example: Order at 3.05pm (Day1), order processing takes place the next day (Day2), following day onwards within 1-3 days (Day3-5) time will be delivered.

Definition of Same/Next/Fixed Days delivery

For same day, orders have to be submitted before 11am.

Same day, we will deliver same day subject to available slots. If no available slots, 3rd party carrier will be utilised for same day deliveries.

For orders submitted after 11am for same day, 3rd party carrier will be utilised subject to availability.

For next day, orders have to be submitted before 11am.

Next day, we will deliver next day subject to available slots. If no available slots, 3rd party carrier will be utilised for next day deliveries.

For orders submitted after 11am for next day, order processing takes place the next day, and delivery will take place the subsequent day.

Fixed day or time slots will fall under the same category as same or next day delivery.

Example: If you have a timeline to meet, say by Day2 between 1-4pm have to be delivered, then you will have to put same/next/fixed day regardless. coz if you don't, when our schedules are tight, we might only send on day 4 which will be past your timeline.

The order cut-off time may change during festive seasons and such change will be communicated 14 days prior to the festive date(s).

The Service is provided to locations within the main island of the Republic of Singapore except for a list of restricted areas and restricted postal codes.

Upon failed attempted deliveries, Streamline will inform the clients.

Streamline Logistics will not be providing any cash on delivery services. Client shall ensure the completeness and accuracy of the delivery order.
